If my kids are skiing in the show team, do I need to be present during all practices and shows?

Yes. Due to the risks of this sport, we do require that a parent be present during all events. And since you need to be present, that are many ways that parents can also help out and participate including helping to wrap ropes, help with sound system, be a spotter in the boat, repair equipment, become a boat driver, help with the safety boat, or learn to ski and be on the water with your kid! As an exception, you can identify a responsible adult to fill in for you on occassion, but please inform the Show Director of this in advance.
